You are entitled to a full refund if you contact us at 5iroboticsatx@gmail.com at least 3 weeks or 21 days before your session begins.

You are entitled to a 50% refund if you contact us within 2 weeks or 14 days before your session begins.

If you fail to give more than 3 days of notice we will be unable to provide a refund.
